I’ve been a licensed cosmetologist since 2008. I’m passionate about helping my clients look and feel their best. I’m obsessed with Kevin Murphy.. I am obsessed with K-18. I also proudly work with Goldwell and All-Nutrient professional haircolor to deliver beautiful, high-quality results. Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens — sometimes you or I may need to cancel or reschedule at the last minute. If I ever need to reschedule your appointment, I will always do my best to work with you, including offering options on my days off whenever possible.
When a cancellation happens last minute, it leaves me little opportunity to fill that appointment time.
As a small, independently owned business, missed appointments directly impact my ability to earn a living.
Because of this, I’ve had to implement the following policy:
• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total if you can't provide a doctor's note. JK🤣 I will do my best to work with you. .as life loves to life these days..
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service!! Period.
I truly wish policies like this weren’t necessary, but they help protect my time and business — just like similar policies you may see with medical or other professional appointments.
For all clients who book online, a card on file is required to schedule an appointment.
